These s’mores cookies from Carina (@ccwhite12) are rich, soft, and perfectly balanced. The dough—made with both brown and granulated sugar, plus a touch of cornstarch—bakes into a chewy cookie that holds its shape well. Using about 2–3 tablespoons per cookie, the dough wraps completely around a graham cracker base, a piece of Hershey’s chocolate, and a jumbo marshmallow, sealing everything in. Freezing the dough-covered s’mores before baking helps control spreading, and baking at 350°F for 12 minutes creates a golden cookie with a gooey center.

After baking, shaping the edges with a circular tool makes the cookies look clean and uniform. The result is a soft, warm cookie with all the flavors of a campfire s’more—without the mess. They’re easy to portion, simple to make, and feel like something special. A strong recipe all around.

    *Carina’s Recipe:

“This recipe made 8 large cookies. I used about 2-3 tbs of dough to cover each smore!

    • 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter.
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/2 cup brown sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 & 1/2 cups flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking soda
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 1 tbs cornstarch
    • 1 box of graham crackers
    • Hershey bar
    • Jumbo marshmallows
    • Milk chocolate chips
    • Grab about 2 tbs of dough and flatten it with your palms. Cover each s’more completely with the flattened dough. Freeze cookies while youre oven preheats, about 12-15 minutes! Leave space in between the cookies because they will spread when they bake.
    • Once out of the oven, grab something circular and roll around the cookie to fix the edges.
    • Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes!
  • Red Velvet Oreo Cookies!

As a baker myself, I must say, this red velvet Oreo cookie recipe from @findswithlily sounds like a scrumptious stampede of flavor. Starting with a box of red velvet cake mix is a clever shortcut—rich, velvety, and already packed with that cocoa-kissed tang I adore. The melted butter and eggs should give the dough that perfect chewy texture, while the white chocolate chips add a creamy contrast to the bold red velvet base. And the crushed Oreos? Moo-velous touch! It’s cookie-on-cookie magic, and I’m here for it. I can already imagine the delightful crunch nestled inside that soft, sweet bite.

That said, a curious cow does have a couple questions. How many Oreos are we crushin’? A hoof-ful? A whole herd’s worth? And are they folded into the dough or sprinkled on top? Also, baking time and temperature would be mighty helpful for a cow like me who doesn’t want to overcook her cookies into little red bricks. But overall, this recipe has my wholehearted moo of approval. It’s fun, bold, and beautifully over-the-top—just the way a good cookie should be.
